The film Mallanna is a big budget film produced by Kalaipuli Thanu and directed by Susi Ganesan. Vikram and Shreya are the lead actors. Vikram will be seen in five different roles in the film. The film has been made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. The Tamil version has been titled as Kandasamy. Devi Sree Prasad has scored the music for the film and Vikram has sung four songs in the film. He has sung the songs in Telugu as well as Tamil. The audio will be released on May 19 in Chennai. Since the last seven years, Aishwarya Rai is one Bollywood celeb who’s been a regular face at Cannes Film Festival. So it’s no surprise that she’s flying off with hubby Abhishek Bachchan to the south of France for the 62nd Cannes Film Festival which begins on May 13 and will conclude on May 24. While Ash has been attending the fest mostly as the ambassador of a global cosmetic brand, this time the invitation to the fest has been extended by her “friends” at Cannes. However, reports say Ash and Abhi won’t stay at Cannes for long. She has to resume the shooting of Vipul Shah’s film Action Replay with Akshay Kumar while Abhi is set to return to the sets of Pa with papa Amitabh Bachchan . Ash’s first visit to Cannes was in 2002 when Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Devdas was screened at the fest. In 2003, she was selected as a jury member for the fest, a rare honour. Since then she’s been flying off to Cannes every year. Last year Ash, Abhi and Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan walked the red carpet at the prestigious festival. |
